What have you been up to for the last 45 years?
Sue Cramblet and I married when we were Juniors at San Jose State. Had daughter Lisa one year later. Son Brent born when we were 23.
Went to work for Pac Bell/AT&T at 24. Did a three year stint at Headquarters in New Jersey in our early 30's. Earned and MBA while in N.J.
Son Michael born in NJ in 1980. Came back to Calif. Moved to Sacramento in 1983 and have been here ever since. Third son Steven born in 1985 while in Sac.
Increasing responsiblities over the past 20 years. Have been a Branch Manager, General Manger and Vice President for AT&T and its divested companies (Lucent Technologies and Avaya Communication). Golden parachute to good to pass up 3 years ago so retired after 30 years.
We joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1977. Sue and I are very committed to this. I have been a Bishop and served as a Stake President for 9 years. My two older sons have served two year missions for the church. One in Utah and one in Ireland.
Kids doing well. Lisa is a mother of 5, does Real Estate and lives close in El Dorado Hills. Son Brent is an Account Manager for Cisco Systems, 2 children, lives in Denver. Son Michael is a pre med student at U.C. Davis. Son Steve is in his first year at BYU Idaho.
Retirement is not for me so I am teaching Management classes part time at Sac State University and am in Real Estate. Sue and I intend to go on a mission for our church in the next couple of years. Sue and I give you all our best.
